We want you to feel comfortable shopping with Happy Dwelling. If something is not right with your order, contact us at support@happydwelling.online within 30 days after delivery and we will help review the request.

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging when possible.

To start a return, contact us with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

For returns that are not caused by a product defect, damage, or an incorrect item, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to make it right.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and handling fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items, customized items, used items, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
